What does the hiring process look like?
We read every application and aim to respond within 2 weeks. Our process is typically three rounds: an intro call, a skills assessment, and a final conversation with the team.
Are roles fully remote?
Yes — all roles are remote-friendly unless otherwise noted. We have an optional office in San Francisco for those who prefer it, and we meet as a full team twice a year.
Can I apply if I don't see a role that fits?
Absolutely. If you think you'd be a great fit but don't see a relevant role, send us a note at jobs@axon.ai with a brief introduction and what you'd like to work on.
