About the role
We're hiring a Head of Finance to build and lead Axon's finance function as we scale. You'll own financial planning, reporting, and operations — and work closely with the founders on strategic decisions.
What you'll do
Own financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Build and manage financial reporting for the board and investors
Lead finance operations including payroll, billing, and compliance
Partner with the CEO on fundraising and strategic financial decisions
What we're looking for
5+ years of finance experience, ideally at a high-growth startup
Experience building finance functions from early stage
Strong analytical skills and comfort with financial modeling
CPA or equivalent is a plus
