About the role
We're hiring a Brand Designer to own Axon's visual identity across all touchpoints — from social and marketing to swag and events. You'll be the keeper of the brand and the person who makes sure everything looks unmistakably Axon.
What you'll do
Own and evolve Axon's visual brand identity
Create assets for marketing campaigns, social media, and events
Design illustrations and motion graphics for product and marketing
Collaborate with product designers to ensure brand coherence across surfaces
What we're looking for
3+ years of brand design experience
Strong illustration and motion skills
Experience working in fast-moving startup environments
A portfolio that shows range — from refined identity work to expressive campaign visuals
