Vorta is a SaaS analytics platform that switched from GitHub Copilot to Axon after struggling with context-unaware suggestions in a large monorepo.
The difference was immediate. Axon's codebase indexing meant suggestions reflected Vorta's own patterns rather than generic internet code. The team's acceptance rate for suggestions nearly doubled in the first month.
"Copilot was always suggesting code that looked right but wasn't ours," the lead engineer explained. "Axon suggests code that looks like we wrote it. That's the difference." Developer satisfaction scores in their quarterly survey jumped significantly.
